The competition begins on 01st January 2024 and ends on 31st August 2024.
The winner will be notified by direct message on 06th September 2024.

Sponsor: The sponsor of the Scott Travel Competition is SHEPPARD CYCLES AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, VIC 3170, ABN 98 608 591 724
Eligibility: Scott Travel Competition (the ”Competition”) is only open to Australian residents. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Competition.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Competition, the contestant (“You” or “Your”) agrees to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrant should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Competition.
Entry Period: The Competition begins on 01st January 2024 and ends on 31st August 2024 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Competition must be entered by:
(a) Hired a demo eBike.
(b) Scanned QR Code.
(c) The Participant is required to fill out the entire online form.
(d) Must fill out the game of skill field (“In 25 words or less describe your favourite feature on the bike.”)
Your information will not be passed on to third parties.
You must fulfill all requirements of the Competition, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Competition may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Only one (1) entry per individual will be accepted.
Prizes: The Winner of the Competition (the “Winner ” or “Winners”) will receive the following prize:
1 x Ticket for 3 days / 3 nights trip to Aosta, Italy with Scott Travel
No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission of the Sponsor to sue the Winner’s name entry for purposes of advertising.
Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
Terms and Conditions: The Sponsor reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Competition, to avoid entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of the that allowed by competition rules.
The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with JotForm that is used to share the Competition.
Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Competition, you agree to all the Terms and Conditions.
